Ordering and Availability
We stock a rotating selection of toys and novelty items, from NeeDoh squeezes and Lava Lamps to wooden toys, role-play sets and tin treasures. Availability changes as we add new arrivals and restock popular items. If you want to confirm stock for a specific item, contact us and we’ll check on it.
Shipping and Timing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped for delivery within Canada, typical transit is 3–7 business days. Please factor in processing time when you need an item by a particular date.
Returns and Exchanges
Most products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping for eligible returns is paid by the store and refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full instructions and any exceptions.
