Shipments to Canadian addresses typically transit in 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping originates within Canada and delivery timelines apply to domestic shipments only. Shipping is offered free to qualifying addresses in Canada; see the Shipping & Delivery page for details. The store is not responsible for carrier delays beyond the stated transit ranges.
Returns and Refunds
Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. The store pays return shipping for eligible returns and refunds are processed within seven (7) business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
