Returns Window and Eligibility
Most products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Some items that involve hygiene or safety (for example, certain bath toys or items intended for infants) may be excluded from return; any such exceptions will be indicated on the product page when applicable.
How to Return an Item
